Contiene 10 canciones en su edición estándar y 20 en edición deluxe, destacando los sencillos “The Way That I Love You”, “London In The Spring”, “A Song For The Drunk And Broken Hearted”, “Suzanne”, “Remember To Forget” y “Sword From The Stone”. Presenta un sonido que combina los géneros pop, alternativo y R&B.

El cantante tuvo como inspiración diferentes experiencias de su vida, en específico rupturas amorosas. Las grabaciones iniciaron en 2019 y estaba planeando la fecha de publicación para 2020, pero tuvo que ser pospuesta.

En la página oficial del artista se anunció que cada venta del álbum en físico beneficiaría a las organizaciones Ecologi y Proyecto de Reforestación del Edén, que buscan conservar los paisajes naturales de diferentes países.
